In the unfortunate circumstance that our products arrive in an unacceptable condition due to factory defect or as an effect of mishandling while in transit, Tots and Kisses will accept returns and replace or refund your order.
- Request for returns must be initiated by the customer within three (3) days upon receipt of the package. Please send us an e-mail with your order number and photos showing the defect of the product so we can assist you right away.
- Kindly wait for our confirmation e-mail and instructions on how you can best send back the product(s) to us. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
- As we aim for your 100% satisfaction, you have the option to request for a full refund, or wait for a replacement order free of shipping.
However, requests for returns or refund due to change of mind will not be accommodated.
