Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
  • We are an online store based in Pasig, Philippines. We don't have a physical store.
  • Some of our stockists have stores you may also shop with them directly (Babymama, Urban Essentials, The Parenting Emporium, Urban Mom, Frankie General Store Rockwell, Mom Next Door PH, and Storked PH).
  • Our sole proprietorship is registered with the Pasig LGU, DTI, BIR, and Philippine FDA.

Do you ship nationwide? How much are the shipping fees?

  • Yes, we ship nationwide! Rates are P95 for NCR, P150 for Provincial, and free anywhere in Philippines for a minimum purchase.
  • You may also arrange for local pick-up if you are within Metro Manila. We will advise you once your order is ready within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
  • We can also accommodate next-day delivery requests. Please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept all major credit cards, online transfers to BPI or Unionbank, and e-wallet transfer to Gcash.
  • We will ship out orders within 24 hours upon confirmation of your payment.
  • Meanwhile, orders left unpaid after 24 hours will automatically be cancelled. This allows us to serve other customers who wish to avail our products.

Do you accept returns? Can I refund my order?

  • We quality check all our products and pack them securely before shipping out. In the unlikely event that the condition of the product is unacceptable due to factory defect or mishandling during shipping, you may request for a refund (or replacement with free shipping) by sending us an e-mail at hello@totsandkisses.com. We encourage you to attach photos and indicate your order number so that we can evaluate and address your concern immediately.
